End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant
Fixam grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or business use.
2. Restrictions
- No modification or derivative works.
- No sublicensing or distribution.
- No unlawful or unauthorized use.
3. Ownership
The App is licensed, not sold. Fixam retains all rights and intellectual property.
4. Updates and Support
Updates may be provided at our discretion. We are not obligated to offer technical support.
5. Termination
This license ends if you uninstall the App or violate the terms. You must cease use and delete the App upon termination.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranty. Fixam disclaims all implied warranties.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fixam is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use or inability to use the App.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., Republic of Ghana].
