You must be at least 13 years old to use Fixam. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Services Provided
Fixam enables users to discover and contact artisans, browse products from shops, and initiate calls directly from the App. We do not guarantee the quality or reliability of third-party services or products.
3. User Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of any information you provide.
- Do not misuse contact information or engage in spam or fraud.
- Do not reverse-engineer or tamper with the App.
4. Intellectual Property
All content and technology within Fixam are owned by Cinephilafilms or its licensors. You may not reproduce or modify any part without permission.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or harmful conduct.
6. Limitation of Liability
Fixam is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the App or third-party interactions.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
